Email scam going around.

We have been made aware there is a scam email circulating at this time. DO NOT reply to this email, or open any attachment and delete straight away.

Below is the content or the email:

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve been trying to purchase a £200 Amazon E-Gift card by email from Amazon, but it says they are having issues charging my card. I contacted my bank and they told me it would take a couple of days to get it sorted. I intend to buy it for my niece who’s having her birthday today. Can you purchase it from your end for me? I’ll reimburse you once my bank sorts the issue out. I am just trying to put a smile on her face in these trying times. Let me know so i can send you her email address.
